We aim to dispatch your items with in 2 working days. If you order before 12pm (midday) then your order will be sent out the same day, if you order after 12pm then your order will be sent the following working day which is why we quote with in 2 working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday.

We use Royal Mail and UPS to deliver your items and the company we use is based on weight and size. Please contact us for any more information you may require. From the time of placing your order it should take around 5 working days for you to receive your order, this time includes dispatch and delivery time unless you have Express delivery which should be with you in 2 days, including dispatch time.
Every time you place an order, it gets picked up same day if order before 12pm or next day from our warehouse then if you have 2-4 days or express delivery the time should start from when the parcel is picked up this is why we say 2-4 working days for the cheap service and 2 days for your express delivery.
Delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only - If you are in the UK but not on the mainland their might be an extra charge which we will email you about after you have placed your order.
Refunds & Returns.
Our customers satisfaction is our primary concern which means if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return most items in there original packaging within 15 days of purchase. To arrange a return please email us or use the contact us form on this website, returns and refunds can only be arrange online by email. We don't refund or accept returns for printed card or paper as they have been printed for your order. When returning items to us please get proof of postage or send the item recorded because you are responsible for the item(s) until we have received it / them. We don't refund any delivery costs on returned items unless the item(s) have been damaged in transit or sent in error e.g. we sent the wrong item.
