UK Card Crafts Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 14 days from the date it arrived to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Special Notes about Returns:

• You must email or call us to book in any returns this will help us to ensure a prompt service
• Item must be returned in the original box and in like brand new, unused condition.
• You are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees back to our warehouse for any returned item. We will not be held liable for any lost shipments being returned to us.
• Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchanges

You can exchanged your items for the same product or other products to the same value if you feel that that item is not selling as well as you thought it would within 30 days, please note that you will need to pay £5 delivery on exchanged items unless combined with another order for over £50 it will be sent with that order and delivery would then be free.
You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
