How To Order.
To order online you just need to click the add to basket Button this is on the item page you are interested in buying, Some products may need you to chooses an option like colour, size or qty - To choose on option click on the drop down menu and select the option you require. When you have clicked the add to basket button you will be directed to the shopping basket page which will show you all the items you have added to your basket when shopping, When you are on that page you can select different qtys and you can also remove an item from your basket by clicking the remove button. When you are on that page you can select continue shopping or you can click the proceed to checkout button if you have finished shopping, from this point you will need to add your information like address and other information which you will be asked for and you will guided through the rest of the process.
Out Of Stock Products.
All the items on our website are stock controlled which means that the website won't sell you items that are not in stock, But due to mail orders there is a small chance that it could happen, if it does then we will send you an email which will ask you if you want to place it on back order and we would deliver it free of charge or you can select a refund.
Accepted Payments.
We accept Paypal, Google Checkout and payment by post which would include Cheque, Postal Order and Cash (Send SD) .
Delivery Information & Costs.
We aim to dispatch your items with in 2 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £50 and for orders under this amount we charge.

We use Royal Mail, DHL, Parcel Force and City Link to deliver you items and the company we use is at our discretion. Please contact us for any more information you may require. From time of placing your order it should take around 5 working days for you to receive your order, this time includes dispatch and delivery time unless you have next day which should be with you in 2 days including dispatch time.
Every time you place an order, it gets picked up next day from our warehouse then if you have 3-5 days or next day delivery the time should start from when the parcel is picked up this is why we say 3-5 working days for the cheap service and 2 days including dispatch for your next day delivery.
Refunds & Returns.
Our customers satisfaction is our primary concern which means if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return most items in there original packaging within 15 days of purchase. To arrange a return please email us or use the contact us form on this website, returns and refunds can only be arrange online by email. We don't refund or accept returns for printed card or paper as they have been printed for your order. When returning items to us please get proof of postage or send the item recorded because you are responsible for the item(s) until we have received it / them. We don't refund any delivery costs on returned items unless the item(s) have been damaged in transit.

Bulk, Trade & Wholesale Prices.
The prices on our website are the best we can offer, We know that our prices are very completive and the cheapes in the craft market. Members of the public can buy the same products as trade at the same price but trade customers normally order £100's and get free postage and packaging and other discounts. We don't get many retail customers to our website due to the fact we don't advertise our website as retail, only trade.
